Cycle Map Stand

Cycle Light holder without light which is used to hold the map stand.

3mm thickness  paper sheet taken for design this map stand,
this design can fit in to the light holder with or without light. 

we can use the different thickness of pad
depends on the stiffness required, 

Agarbathy Stand

Objective is to design the stand with collect all the ash in the water so that it will fly as a dust

 Standard dimensions as measured 

Derived the output parameters Mathematically 

Concept -1 , Automated the excel Sheet 

 

Concept -2, We can change the input parameters as per requirement

Calculated "B" parameter is constructed 

Assembled as per calculated parameters

Ash dropped inside the cup design expectation 

Truck Tailgate Pad - Cycling

To carry the cycles in the truck without any damage by using customized tailgate pad 

Dimensions taken from the truck 

 

Flexible foam : 100 Density

As per dimensions, removed unwanted material or customized 

Stitched with water-proof material 

Assembled and tested with truck.
